Help Desk (part time)

Reporting directly to the support manager you will part of the Company's Telephone and Email support team.

The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal skills.

Additional highly favoured skills include;

  • Experience with shell scripting a bonus
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS essential
  • Knowledge of Website technologies and scripting including PHP, Perl, Javascript, MySQL and Apache preferable

Role would suit students looking to complement studies in IT with real world experience or experienced IT enthusiasts looking to expand their skills.
